Welcome to the City of Tarpon Springs Strategic Plan Performance Dashboard!

The City of Tarpon Springs, beginning in the summer of 2021, engaged the community, City leadership, and City Employees in various ways to gather input about a desired strategic direction of the City of Tarpon Springs for the next 3-5 years. The overarching purpose of this effort was to identify Our Mission, Vision and Values along with specific Goals and Objectives as planning tools for the future. This dashboard is intended to communicate the City’s progress in implementing the Goals and Objectives of the Strategic Plan. Citizens can track key measures and initiatives associated with the Strategic Plan, organized around six Focus Areas, identified below. Measures and initiatives will be updated quarterly or annually.
