How Are We Doing?

As population has continued to increase the City ratio of firefighters to population has trended downward, while still exceeding the established minimum standard ratio of 1.6.  During the FY24 budget cycle 3 additional firefighter positions have been added that will continue to address expected population growth, exceed minimum standards, and approach the City's target ratio.
